• Original certificate of educational qualification given by respective headmaster (for GD trade). The attested copy of SSC certificate /provisional certificate, testimonial and marks sheet (for Clerk trade).
• Original and attested copy of registration card of class-IX issued by respective education board.
• Nationality and character certificate from respective Union Parishad/Municipal Chairman/Ward Commissioner with the mention of nationality, marital status and permanent address.
• 05 copies of recent passport size photographs attested by class-I gazetted officer.
• Original and attested copy of Freedom Fighter certificate for the son of freedom fighter (if applicable).
• Original and attested copy of Anser/VDP certificate from the appropriate authority for Anser/VDP candidates (if applicable).
• Original and attested copy of tribal certificate from respective Deputy Commissioner for the tribal candidates (if applicable).
• Copies of original and attested equivalence certificate of educational qualification from respective equivalence committee (if applicable).
• The certificates of sports achievement at District / Devisional level should be brought along with (if any).
