• The attested copy of academic qualification certificate /provisional   certificate, testimonial and marks sheet.
• Certificate from respective Union Parishad/ Municipal Chairman/Ward Commissioner with the mention of nationality, marital status and permanent address.
• Character certificate from class-I gazetted officer. 06 copies of recent passport size photographs attested by class-I gazetted officer.
• Certificate of permission from respective office/institute for the serving candidates (if applicable). Original and attested copy of Freedom Fighter certificate for the son of freedom fighter (if applicable).
• Original and attested copy of Anser/VDP certificate from the appropriate authority for Anser/VDP candidates (if applicable).
• Original and attested copy of tribal certificate from respective Deputy Commissioner for the tribal candidates (if applicable).
• Copies of original and attested equivalence certificate of educational qualification from respective equivalence committee (if applicable).
• The certificates of sports achievement at District / Devisional level should be brought along with (if any).
